Jennifer explained very clearly what is happening with the two concerns I brought to the office, what treatment will be used, what to expect from treatment and what to watch for if the condition recursive.
This is the second time I've seen Jennifer, and I continue to be impressed with her expertise, clear explanations and outstanding communication skills.
