Great appointment and great for explaining my questions. If possible I like to have her for my next appointment.

The nurse practitioner was wonderful; so was the manager; but the front desk clerk; an African American female names Shay; if I remember right her name. Was very rude, and disrespectful with me at the back counter. Shay was even disrespectful with the white caucasian female a more mature office manager. The clearly Shay wouldn’t allow me to state my situation; about the actual doctor not being available on my appointment. I was trying to speak my point; but Shay wouldn’t allow me to express my self. She basically told me the doctor isn’t here; we can reschedule you for another date; or you can see a nurse practitioner today, but then she tells me “ THAT’S IT”! And, would not allow me to speak even thou I asked her for permission twice to allow me to speak. I told Shay that she had attitude; and every time I attempted to converse to her that I wasn’t even called, or texted, nor even a message, or an e-mail left for me to know that the Doctor wasn’t even going to be here on appointment.
