What a nice person! She introduced herself as just Jen and was so personable and easy to talk with. She was counseling me about having a colonoscopy at age 79. There were lots of pros & cons, all of which she explained thoroughly. She also said the rule was now no colonoscopies after 75 unless lots of red flag symptoms are evident or a family history of colon cancer. I appreciated how compassionate she was & helpful with information I didn’t know.
