I have been seeing Jennifer for almost 5 years and she’s always very professional and sweet my favorite person to see!
Nursing staff is great. Office staff needs to acknowledge patients when they come to the desk and let them know that they know they are there. I know they are busy but did not say anything to arriving patients, sometimes for as much as ten minutes. This appears very rude. The staff at the north side office are much more courteous.
Very personable. Answers my many questions without making me feel like a bother, highly recommend. Super efficient visit - in and out in what felt like 15-20 mins
