Very nice and polite
Ms Carter was very kind.
She presented as a caring medical professional. She told me that she is not a doctor but she treated me better than any doctor I have seen. She was down to earth, knowledgeable, kind, and did not appear to be in a hurry. It was the first time I had met her but it felt as if I had known her a long time. I felt at ease and satisfied that I would be given caring treatment and quality treatment.
