Originally from California, Janice Enriquez, DNP, APRN, CNM, WHNP-BC, CBCN, has lived in Las Vegas for over 20 years. She has several years of experience working as an RN in oncology and labor and delivery.
She obtained her nursing degrees in California and recently completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at UNLV. Janice is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse specializing in women’s health and is dually board-certified as a Certified Nurse Midwife and as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner.
In addition to being a midwife, Janice has worked in specialty areas that include reproductive health and breast care. She is also a Certified Breast Care Nurse.
Janice is passionate about teaching and has been a clinical instructor for College of Southern Nevada’s nursing program, and is currently an Assistant Professor in the School of Nursing at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
In her free time, Janice enjoys spending time with her 4 kids, husband, and her crazy beagle. She is also an avid reader, loves the Vegas Golden Knights, and the San Francisco 49ers. She is devoted to the well-being of the members of the Las Vegas community and volunteers her time for various causes.
