Both Dr Hu and Jenell are truly exceptional. They are light years ahead of other rheumatologists in their bedside manner, depth of knowledge, compassion, and willingness to truly listen. For the first time, I feel like an active participant in my care rather than an unheard bystander.
NP Janell took much time with me and seemed to be completely present during our entire visit. She exhibited a very caring and compassionate approach to patient care. NP Janell allowed to approach my care as if we are a team working together for the betterment of my health. I'm very thankful to have been able to transfer doctors.
