Janell is always kind and thorough. I wish there was more information provided about the diagnosis, medications, alternative options that could work with the medications, etc. while waiting for the medications to work or not work without having to do my own research and ask the specific questions. If I were not a person that was able to advocate for myself, and sometimes I do struggle with it, I feel that some things could go missed or undiscussed.
