Hi Janell, I’d like to start by saying that I appreciate your time, patience and expertise on 4-15. You put me at ease from the start!. A couple of days later Alex gave me a call to tell me my Prolia shot had been approved by my insurance. I wish I would have just made the appointment right then and there but I asked her to check on the “generic” shot too as you and I discussed. She agree and said she would get back to me. I haven’t heard from her since. I waited a few days and tried calling her and left a message saying I was fine with the name brand Prolia which was approved. Last Thursday 4-23 I came to the office in hopes of making an appointment in person. I was told that Alex was very busy making appointments for both location. I understand. I was also told that Alex was notified and would call me by the end of the day. I seriously don’t want to cause any problems. I just want the shot. I’m hoping you can help. Time is not on my side with osteoporosis damage. Thank you!

Janelle is thoughtful, thorough, and collaborative. She takes the time to answer all of my questions clearly, I especially appreciate her ability to balance sound clinical judgment with real-world constraints.
The teamwork and consistency of care within this practice is amazing.
