She listened well. I really needed her to give me a list of vitamins but that seem to be overlooked. A few meds were discussed that I could take, but there was too many side effects.

First time seeing her. She dismissed my concerns and just wanted to see if things got worse. The first two doctors I saw at this practice were amazing! I've been coming here for years and always felt like i was in good hands. She was not good. I felt rushed out and did not feel like I received good care. She seemed to know nothing about RA.

I thought my visit with Janell was great, I enjoyed the time with her. I know it the first time, so the next visit will be better. She will have more info about me. I can say I was blessed.

My short experience with Janell wasn’t favorable or unfavorable. She took my information, asked questions then went to consult with Dr Hu.

Hi Janell, I’d like to start by saying that I appreciate your time, patience and expertise on 4-15. You put me at ease from the start!. A couple of days later Alex gave me a call to tell me my Prolia shot had been approved by my insurance. I wish I would have just made the appointment right then and there but I asked her to check on the “generic” shot too as you and I discussed. She agree and said she would get back to me. I haven’t heard from her since. I waited a few days and tried calling her and left a message saying I was fine with the name brand Prolia which was approved. Last Thursday 4-23 I came to the office in hopes of making an appointment in person. I was told that Alex was very busy making appointments for both location. I understand. I was also told that Alex was notified and would call me by the end of the day. I seriously don’t want to cause any problems. I just want the shot. I’m hoping you can help. Time is not on my side with osteoporosis damage. Thank you!
