Does a great job explaining the infusion process. I was nervous about my first experience, but Janeil thoroughly and gently talked me through what to expect. I feel comfortable and safe with her.

Janeil is a consummate professional. She is friendly and engaged when speaking with her. I feel she really does listen to you with no judgment, just a real genuine concern for how I am doing. I can't honestly say that I "saw" her. My care was provided by paramedics and aides; presumably they were under her supervision. She was a name on the whiteboard.
