Jane was very abrupt and completely uninformed of my husbands current neurological status. Not at all professional. We are completely confident in Dr. Inoyama, who is not available for most of August, so we saw her NP for prescription refill. Never again - not the treatment we are used to at NGBC.

Jane was so professional and so warm and so thorough. I was incredibly satisfied. I have a lot of faith in her recommendations and appreciate how she cared about my daughter. I am already telling people how lovely she is in her car, caring and knowledgeable ways.
