Jane Lao, FNP, PMHNP, RN

Jane Lao, FNP, brings over 18 years of experience in healthcare and a deep commitment to patient-centered care. Originally from China, she moved to the United States in 2002 as an international student and relocated to Arizona from St. Louis, Missouri in 2017. Jane is an international medical graduate and currently holds active licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and Registered Nurse in the United States. Jane currently works at the Mesa, Southern Ave office.

With more than five years of experience as a certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Jane is passionate about promoting heart health through a holistic approach that includes weight management, stress reduction, and mental wellness. She currently works alongside Dr. Rodrigo Chan as a provider at the Chan Heart Rhythm Institute, where she focuses on optimizing patients’ cardiac health and overall wellness.

In addition to her clinical role, Jane also serves as the Medical Director for the Medi Weightloss program at the Phoenix location, where she continues to help patients achieve their health goals through evidence-based, personalized care.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Jane enjoys spending quality time with her family, playing pickleball, swimming, reading, and shopping.
