I love Jamie and jourbran but through the years my only complaint is there doesn't seem to be any after care, and not through al after procedures in finding out results.
Jamie is very patient oriented and is a good listener. She asks many questions to help her pin point the diagnosis.

Personable, supportive in our care for our sibling, aware of the process and demands of giving care to an elderly Alzheimer’s patient.
I was told that she will sit listen, and help me build a plan for long term management of my diverticulitis battle. I was particularly excited to have support even down to what supplements I can take to help etc. my experience was like pulling teeth and options out of her. I eventually pulled out we will do a down scope etc…. She was brief and answered my questions with do you have any questions, which proved she was not listening. I was promised great care in situation that I need care and she was not helpful.
She has the personality of a rock and I found her to be very condescending.
