jacy is amazing. after an arduous 5 months of complications from my fracture, i am happy to say i am back in my feet and ready to resume normal life. jacy never gave up on me, though it was a tricky recovery. all the staff at her office are also incredibly kind and helpful. i am pleased with my care and hope to never need it again. thank you jacy.

I gave her a big ‘thank you’ at the end of my appointment (yes, even after a painful knee injection) because Jacy has strong communication skills, anticipates my concerns and questions, was very patient with my indecisiveness, and even went super above and beyond to discus all the details of my upcoming scans and procedures. Thank you so much, Jacy!

I wasn’t happy with the nurse practitioner all she did was ask me what else what can she do for me when my knee is so messed up so now I’m not very happy with him at this time

First time going to Dr Reiter and the experience with her went good.

She didn't read Dr. Sands notes from my first visit before she came in. So when we asked questions about the improvement of different places Dr. Sands had talked about she finally read his notes. Then she had to back up and completely change what she had first said. Dr. Sands was wonderful. But she was just giving cookie cutter remarks at first. I didn't feel as confident in her or as at ease since she hadn't bother to even look at my chart before talking to me.

Quite possibly the best nurse practionier I have seen so far. She made me feel like I might finally be getting somewhere toward dealing with my injuries. She listened to me and then did the work and understood and came up with a plan for each issue. I left the clinic and for the first time felt like I had someone in my corner who cared for me to have a chance to have a normal life again rather than being severely handicapped for life as other surgeons had basically told me I would be. I'm so excited to see what my future now holds. God Bless Jacy She has a long bright future ahead of her.

My son broke his ankle, wasn't given clear instructions on aftercare after cast was removed. Didn't order any rehabilitation after being in a cast. One leg is larger than the other one. Scheduled an appointment and told me if he wasn't hurting Don't come to the appointment. Our whole experience was a joke to say the least. I won't use racism as the reason but I can tell you, we're not welcome there and wouldn't recommend a pet going.

Jack was very nice and she broke down every detail of my son knee condition to both of us . She made sure we got referrals sent out and all of our needs was meet. We can't wait to see her again .

Thank you for asking. We are disappointed that an appointment was even scheduled without any awareness of his condition. Due to his injuries and multiple health problems Larry was unable to even get on the table for needed X-rays and thus suffered extensive pain and stress needlessly. Better coordination was sorely needed between your office and Acell and/or Larry and me, Rev. Rebecca Morton. Larry was a chronic pain patient before the auto accident that sent him to ICU and necessitated the hip surgery performed by Dr. Sands at St. Anthony’s Hospital. In addition to the fractured hip, he had broken ribs, and a neck fracture. The day before his appointment at your facility was the VERY first time PT had even attempted to move him from his hospital bed to a wheelchair and his Physical Therapists here at Acell, However they were only able to get him into the lift and were unsuccessful in getting him into the wheelchair. They planned to try again the next day.

I had an appointment on the 8th of mar.2022.And the staff was very nice and helpful.I also had a very short wait time. I just started to fill out my paperwork when they called me to the back to be examined. The doctor was very nice very informative and very sympathetic to my condition. In my opinion she gave me very good medical advice. In my opinion everything was top notch. Great service couldn't ask for more.

Jacy has been great and I could see the pleasure on her face when I coulD finally move my hand most every way. The facility itself is starting to look as trashy as the SOuth Walker facility. Really, six 8 x 11 signs telling you the same thing?

Forgot to give us two of the four prescriptions. Went back inside after losing my mother into the car to get them and one was still missing.

She was very professional, but left me concerned about the fact that I still have a break in my wrist that she said would heal itself.

Jacy is wonderful!! She actually listens to the patients and takes her time. I have never once felt rushed. She is also not jumping straight to surgery, she is being conservative with treatment but aggressive. I would highly recommend her and the entire staff!
