I loved the fact that she took a seat and talked to me but not only that she actually listened and didn’t try to rush me out and answered all my questions and waited till I was actually finished and made sure I had understanding to everything she was great

Going in the morning with no fret or fear because the guys did immaculate work on my hip and shoulder ready for my bionic knee and way faster recovery time thank you guys so much for everything you have done and for fixing my knee in the morning it will be worth the 3 week wait

She was so kind to me and listened to me and answered all my questions. I had had an extremely bad experience at urgent care when I broke my foot and a somewhat dismissive experience at another orthopedic surgeons office that I had been to a couple of years before for something else. Jacy was so calm and reassuring. I was almost in tears when she took my boot off, examined my foot and then put my boot back on. No one had treated me so kindly and gently so far in this current experience!
