He was very thorough and compassionate! He listened to my questions, and answered them in terms that I could easily understand. He immediately came up with a plan to do some tests that will give them more information. I was very satisfied with him!

Jacob was pleasant and thoughtful. I was puzzled when I got home to find that I had a prescription for steroids because I thought he had been cautious about risks of steroids and wanted me to get an MRI first to get a better understanding about the condition of my spine.
