Jacob listened to all of my concerns, and reviewed all of my options with me. He even helped me find a safe medication that I could start and continue while also on my fertility journey. I shared that my fibromyalgia pain had really been taking a toll of my life both physically, mentally, and emotionally and Jacob was extremely understanding and supportive. He made me feel safe seen and listened to. I’ve been struggling with this pain for over 20 years. At times with other providers it’s like they didn’t believe me. I appreciate Jacob, he was understanding, empathetic, and knowledgeable about my condition. I have now started a new medication thanks to his recommendation and I am hopeful to start seeing an improvement.
