Absolutely terrible visit, with Jacki DeGolyer! No answer to my questions not empathetic to her patients! Jackie looked into my left ear with her scope. When I complained, Jacki said I was being too sensitive? My ear is still hurting!
We all have bad days, but a health care individual should have time for a sick patient and listen to them !
Jacki didn’t!
Two weeks with this flu and cold ! Today 1-14-26 was the earliest the office could see me ??
Jacki was not concerned nor had any empathy!!!
Not a good visit!! Not a happy patient!
