Getting an injection in the hand is never a fun thing to do. I was very surprised that there was no numbing used in advance, and then I was asked where I was feeling the pain instead of the provider already knowing where the injection should be given based on my x-rays. (That was the experience that I've had in the past) The injection was incredibly painful this time around, and a flimsy Band-Aid was applied as opposed to a secure hand wrap. No ice pack given or mention of pain relief options. I felt like maybe they weren't really ready to start taking patients at this new location. Things felt disorganized. Inna was very nice, but I was disappointed in the end.

Inna was very kind. The shot itself didn’t hurt, but when she pushed the plunger, OH MY.

She was very nice and efficient. The wait was a little long but they were working in all the Orange City patients. Very understandable!
