Her bedside manner is equal to a box of rocks. I had to wait 55 minutes to see her and she didn’t explain to me very well my concerns about how poorly the staff responds to filling my prescription.

She is a sensational person! She assessed my problem & came up with a solution. I am very happy with the service I received from her and I will be seeing her again in 3 months. FYI: Everyone I came in contact with at their office was very amicable and knowledgeable.

Inna assured me that someone will call me the same day or the next day if I need to schedule surgery on my shoulder.I was scheduled for carpal tunnel and someone finally called me after 3 weeks of waiting .I scheduled the procedure with another Dr. after not hearing from anyone after many calls attempting to get this procedure done as I was in pain.

It’s time to lose the masks. They do absolutely nothing as study after study has shown.

I rated her a 4 because she did not introduce herself as to who she was. She didn't go over my Xrays with me nor did she compared them to my previous Xrays.

Inna is the best! She has always returned every phone call, and is helpful and supportive when she does. She is a great asset To Dr. Leung, and to the entire office.

My Dr was amazing, she answer all my questions, prepped me for what to expect and talked me through the procedure.

Professional, Pleasant

I am on the fence about whether it should be a 3 or 4. The cortisone shot Ms Anderson recommended took 4 days before I saw any effect but now my ring finger is so much better! On the other hand (pun intended) while examining my hand she pressed so hard on one of the joints in my thumb that it is still tender.

Uncaring, somewhat incompetent in giving wound care instructions or wound care management. I feel she needs more training in wound care and just caring for people in general.

Inna, did nothing for my pain the day I saw her. I've had issues with my right knee and since I've lost 100lbs the pain has only gotten worse. She tried telling me that there's no way the pain has gotten worse in six months. I told her she doesn't know what she's taking about. I would not recommend this place to an animal. I didn't feel heard nor cared about whatsoever.

She's rude and incompetent! On my last visit I brought along a paper from the physical therapy place I go to and instead of looking to see my progress she threw it aside and proceeded to try and talk me out of going to work for another 6 weeks! I was more than ready to be released and go back to work and if she had bothered to look at the report she would have seen that. I will never go to see her again! Dr Leung and his staff are wonderful but not her. Get rid of her!!!

Friendly enough but just gave me a shot in my shoulder and sent me on my way. Didn’t want to investigate why my shoulder has an issue

My splint wasn’t removed for x-rays. I was told I would be called for surgery date; it’s been over two weeks and I still haven’t been called. I saw a different surgeon who realized I was developing compartment syndrome due to the splint and immediately put me in a new splint. I was then scheduled for surgery and I’m healing. This practitioner and office was terrible and did not help me at all

my finger is getting better, not 100% but thank you Inna. I may get a 2nd shot, I think my health insurance send 2 authorized # to you.

When in pain out of three visits seen NP twice and received no requested information from office post visit. Only suggestions from NP for PRP therapy which no insurance covers. Seems like a cash cow to me. The one visit with Dr. Leong was pleasant .

i had a the first follow up appointment after surgery, Ms. Anderson had no information about my surgery, when I asked I was told that she would be able to tell me on the next visit. Photos were not available because the person went home.

Super sweet and gets straight to the point

Time with Inna was productive, informative and pounted. I went in prepared with info and questions. Wait time was terrible. Nearly an hour after scheduled appt time, I was taken to exam room. Shortly after Inna came in the room.

Me and my family love the entire office at CFBJ. However, nobody gives shots like Inna Anderson ARPN. You don’t have to wait hours to be seen and they are excellent Drs and who give excellent care. Thank you

Doesn’t listen to the patient, or even examine or knowledge your pain level. Just wanted to rush out of room. Didn’t help me at all , waste of a $65 co-pay .

I have not been pleased with this entire staff since my 1st surgery 1yr ago. I still don’t understand why it’s taken so long for my 2nd surgery. I expressed some concern about my right leg but ignored. My back issues never been addressed. Sadly!!!

This PA is really good. The injections given cannot be felt when she does them. She is very pleasant to talk to and she makes sure you understand everything with your case. Her name is spelled Inna and pronounced Ena.
