Arrogant and unprofessional. I left the visit extremely confused and disappointed. She did not address my symptoms or even ask me once about my pain. She rushed me unnecessarily and it was upsetting.

Basically paid $100 to be told what I already knew. Any info given by this doctor was no help, no compassion. I was treated and talked about in my face because I didn't have insurance.

She began her nursing career in 1988 in Harlingen, TX. Over her 30 years of nursing experience, she has worked in different health care settings, including hospitals, specialty care, and home health. Some of her hospital specialties include postpartum, orthopedic surgery, general surgery, pediatrics, and recovery room experience.
In 2002 she started her advance nursing as a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Serving in her local community for the last 15 years, she is trained in diagnosing and treating the entire family from infants to geriatrics.
Before joining San Antonio Family Physicians, Inez was the founder and president of Healing Hands Family Care in Helotes, Texas.
