During this time, Hope participated in the AHEC scholars program through the University of Arizona where she worked with underserved communities and rural populations. Hope worked for several years in the hospital and outpatient setting with chronic and complex wounds and wound management before transitioning into Dermatology. Hope was president-elect of the Dermatology Nurses Association (Arizona Chapter) from 2016-2020. Hope is an active member of The Phoenix Dermatologic Society, The National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners, and Society of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners. She lives in Phoenix with her husband and 3 greyhounds! Hope loves architecture, playing guitar, singing, and hosting parties.

Excellent care . Highly recommend her
Last year I was in the area for an extended visit and needed to see a dermatologist ASAP and Hope was who I ended up seeing without any background knowledge. One year later, I find myself in the area for an extended visit and made a point of returning to Hope because of her excellent care! She is sensitive to your concerns, thorough in her exams and explanations and works to make sure your needs are addressed. All medical care professionals should shadow Hope as an example of skilled care along with wonderful bedside manner.

Upon entry to the exam room, Ms Pack introduced herself and politely inquired about my visit. She addressed my issue and put a medical plan in place to treat my issue.

Hope was great! She was kind, professional, and took the time to answer my questions and address concerns regarding my toddlers rash. I am so glad she was able to help us and figure out what the problem was quickly!
