Hope was easy to talk to, listened to me, and explained things to be in an understandable way. Thanks for making my Part I Medicare wellness visit so easy.

Hope explained everything about the procedure before starting. She and the other Orange team members were very helpful.

Nothing especially great or bad. Hope was amicable and professional. I saw her for an annual visit. I'm pretty healthy, so we just walked through my health questionnaire. When I did mention an issue with headaches, she had no real guidance or direction except that which I steered her toward, being my only hypothesis as to a potential cause. In ahort, I did not walk out feeling either well taken care of or discarded.

She was very attentive and knowledgeable about my follow up on my preliminary evaluation.

She is fantastic and went through all of my documents seen what was missing and we began to find some direction with her help. Highly recommended.

Hope addressed all my medical needs. But she could work on her "bedside manner". She didn't smile one time (even a half smile), make any empathetic remarks or acknowledgments, and seemed slightly condescending.

Personable, thoughtful, thorough. I felt like she really listened and cared.
