Appointments are quick, a plus for me. I have a list of issues ready that I tell the nurse when she comes in and Holly asks what my main issues are and potential treatments for issues.

Holly explained that the gel injections I’d had last week would/could take 4 weeks for me to see a difference in my knees. Unfortunately Dr B did not mention that to me. Please remind him that not all patients would know this!
