As I became older I wondered about care providers knowing senior citizen issues. At 76 yrs old, In the year that NP Heidi Crull has seen me, I immediately knew she gets it. I have had three visits in the last 90 days because she wants answers (to a new concern) even more(?), than I do. Each visit resulted in testing or images within days to get those answers AND a 2 week follow up with her. In fact in recent years my care needs at other specialties, have often been handled by a Nurse Practitioner. Compassion AND knowledge.... Priceless!. At my age I am either delusional or she is the real deal. I swear by her abilities. The staff and clinic site are all excellent as well.
