I felt like i was being rushed over the video call. A video call that should've been longer and only lasted about 7 minutes.

I didn't get what I needed back from all my lab results. I had to make ANOTHER appointment to talk about my menopause treatment and or therapy, because Becerra told me that he couldn't help me with that and I needed to speak to my Dr./ a Dr. That's what I thought he was and what my visit was for. That was my main concern. I didn't understand how it was that he could prescribe and talk to me over my cholesterol and medication but couldn't do the same for my menopause. I was very much dissatisfied. Now I have to wait another month to take more time out to go over something that I should have been able to do with my lab results visit. I'm also dissatisfied with the fact that I had an abnormal STI result through my MyChart. No phone call or message through my MyChart to come in for a consultation to talk about my results. I had to figure out what it was I had on my own with the help of Google WebMD. I took medication prescribed without a consultation about it none of it really!!

Hector has not responded to all my messages. Hector did not know how to conduct my pap smear appropriately. Hector took two requests and several days to get my refills sent. Service level does not meet excellence standards and the level of respect and care from innovista is less than mediocre.
