She was extremely pleasant, her bedside manner was immaculate! She listened to everything I said and responded to each question I had through and through.

We were traveling , stopped at your urgent care. Many others went ahead of me, waited a long time in room after a urin test, then wanted bloodwork for no reason. I refused because i see my regular physician.Knowbody ever came to talk with me about what was needed and why. Finally after waiting and waiting, a NP came in listen to my heart, never talk or told me the urine test results, how bad it was. Only to say we are gonna give you meds. Left, waited 12 minutes then I got a notification of some meds that were called in. Never told me anything, that I would get them called in. Very unprofessional office. I did not feel I was really taken care of at all. And not knowing the test results has me frustrated.

Heather is a caring nurse practitioner, I’m going through a lot of stress and anxiety and she listened to me. It’s nice to know that she cares about her patients.
