The visit was great but my wait time before she came in and before the nurse came in need improvement. Heather was very nice. She listened to me and answered all my questions. At first I said I wouldn't go back because it is far from my home. However, I will go back because of her and the nurse that directed us to our room. He kept checking on us while we were waiting and that i appreciated. My husband was with me at my appointment. That is why I said us.
Met with PA Allen to discuss possible transfer of my pain management under care. She is thorough, extremely knowledgeable, highly compassionate and completely professional.
In addition to being polite and reviewing my chart in detail, Ms Allen was also very thorough in her physical examination of my cervicals, neck and shoulder. She’s a great listener and I felt like she understood my concerns.
A little cold, seemingly judgemental, and was not encouraging or hopeful.
She is a great at her role- knowledgeable, empathetic, explains what is going on in my spine in language I can understand, and an excellent communicator.
Very nice and professional..also her assistant was nice and friendly..also concern about your health..
