Listen to my concerns
Too busy to take out staples that appt day and apply cast. Also they wanted to go to lunch. Now have to wait a total of 3 weeks before staples come out. No signs of infection and incisions healing up nicely. No swelling noted either. They even said they were extremely busy that day

Hannah was very thorough and helped my daughter understand where she’s at in the healing process and what she needs to be doing as she full heals.
Was brash and did not listen when I told her there was something wrong with my ankle after surgery. Eventually a screw came out and when I forced the issue to have an xray.it showed the ankle did not heal. For 3 months Hannah said everything was normal and fine until a screw stuck out. Not very happy wit her. Didn't listen to my complaints.
Hannah is an exceptionally caring provider who takes the time to really listen and build a game plan for recovery WITH her patients instead of FOR her patients. She is extremely knowledgeable. Thank you so much for taking great care of me throughout this process.
