Took a while to actually see the nurse

They treated me real nice
Nurse practitioner did not know that Dr. Kay had taken me off Xarelto almost 2 years ago. She says computer did not show info. Medtronic technician said that the last report sent to your office by my machine was in March. This is not acceptable.
Fast check in. Personal care and concern for my recovery. Personable communication.

Both of the NPs were new. I was sitting in the examination room for A LONG TIME alone with my thoughts. Then there was confusion that I have never seen before in Dr. Osman’s practice. I am sure this is growing pains for the practice but it should be addressed. I do not mind waiting for over an hour to see Doc but just for the NP’s is really annoying. BUT I LOVE all the Office Staff they make things seem like old times!
