Appt was at 8, did not open the door still the nice nurse asst did it, the lady at the front desk with tattos gave me attitude when i said i was waiting, said she just got there n how could see open the door if she is not here, the nurse asst did it all while she just sat there, she might have been having a bad day, not good look, been patient for a long time, other then that was great
