She was so kind and informative. She took the time to explain everything that was happening with the pacemaker. This was the first time someone took the time to explain things to my mom and I.
Over an hour between waiting room that was empty, and sitting in a consultation room waiting for the NP. I’ve never had to wait this long for a 10 minute consultation.
