Faustine Quigley was on time and took the time to discuss Dianna’s, my granddaughter’s medical needs. Dianna has trouble processing & thus time to get to know someone as she is Autistic! Ms Quigley was professional and caring which helped our first visit to be pleasant! It has been difficult for Dianna to move up to adult care, a very big learning curve for her and Ms Quigley adjusted her questions to ease the tension with the amount of history to be documented and explored!

She listens to me and does not talk down to me or make me feel like a horrible person when I make bad health decisions. She also presents me with options and why I should consider these things.
