This nurse practitioner had me so stressed out by the end of the appointment! I had the feeling that I was being interrogated in a court room! She kept firing questions at me. She never sat down. (With my patients, I was taught to sit at their level for better eye contact.)

She got me started on a daily care "system" consisting Eucerin, Dove and a few other things. I have been free of it since. She is also a very pleasant and nice persin.

Dr Yu was very kind, personable, and knowledgeable.

Very nice, very detailed. She explained everything very well but speaks very fast, but I liked her very much. I Did not like the mandatory masks. Masking should be by choice as every where else. I was ordered by a lady at the front that even though it irritated my skin I had to wear it!

Helen asked a lot of questions and sincerely tried to understand my issue, and then she talked me out of expensive testing.

She is so patient and explains things very well.

I would have given 5 stars, but a problem in the reception area (causing me to check in late) almost got my appt cancelled (without me being seen). Otherwise she was very intelligent and professional!!!

I can tell that she is skilled and highly knowledgeable. I don’t know if listening is a part of that. In medicine, we must never forget to talk together WITH families. Outcomes increase with that. Same for front and back office staff. Mustn’t lose the customer friendly focus, because there are other options.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Helen, and she was awesome. Many times when you search for a healthcare provider it's a bit difficult to find one who is genuine, listens and cares about your presenting issues. Dr. Helen did just that and I'm very appreciative!

I did not want to go to this appointment because Atlanta Allergy & Asthma’s new patient visit cost was excessively high compared to others on my approved providers list. However, I was very pleased with F. Helen Yu. This NP was very patient and explained everything she was doing and ordering in great detail even getting into what each test will check for and what she will do pending the results. I couldn’t have asked for a better provider.

Doctor Yu treats my son as if he is a King. She expresses how impressed she is with him. She asks me some asks but she speaks to him directly the majority of the time. She is very concerned if my 12-year-old son's asthma gets into the yellow zone. Hate having to go to appointments but love the visits.

I was very pleased to have had Nurse Practitioner Yu to consult with. She was very professional and concerned about what I experienced a little over 2 months ago. In addition, she was attentive to my explanation without putting words in my mouth. Her recommendations were common sense ones. Although, I believe I will not be doing one of the recommendations (spraying a small amount of bug spray on my skin to see if I get another negative reaction). All and all I had a wonderful experience at the Atlanta Allergy & Asthma. And the staff members were awesome as well. Thank you, AAA.
