Evgeniya is very professional and compassionate. She takes the time to sit with you and explain your results, making sure you understand. When you leave you feel heard. I think she is the best. I am a nurse of 41 years and appreciate a nurse taking the time to educate the patient.

She is well informed and communicates and explains very well.
She is very pleasant, explained everything thoroughly and asked if we had any questions. She also told us if l we wanted to change the plan later, to just call her.
Evgeniya was very thorough and made sure I understood what she was telling me.
She did a great job at insuring I understood what a cystoscopy procedure was and that Dr Fynes was going to do the procedure. I did miss not seeing Dr Fynes.
