She was terrible, rude, and I never want to see her again!! She needs to learn to have respect for people that are in critical pain and my file said no authorization needed and she did not schedule my back injections. Trust me I will never let that happen again.!

Evelyn does a great job She listens to you and is very knowledgeable at her job.and takes her time with the patients. I have never felt rushed . If it wasn’t for Evelyn I really would not know who I would do .
