Very caring and explained well
Listening and communication are not particularly a dynamic skill for Evelyn. I shared my experience, asked for an accommodation, and she ignored me and just moved on to the next thing she wanted to say. I felt very unheard and very frustrated. If I had not had a good experience with Dr Parmele, I would have sought treatment elsewhere, had Evelyn been my only experience.
