Esther is extremely professional and went over and above to answer all my questions and also really helped me out by treating my sinus infection after reviewing a sinus culture done by my ENT Provider, when the culture showed I was on the incorrect antibiotic, but I could not get a call back from my ENT Provider! Esther and Dr. Sheerin reviewed my culture and prescribed the correct antibiotic. I could not have received better treatment!

This was a wasted appointment for me. She wasn't really helpful in making sure my concerns were met. I will not come here again. I was there because I had an anaphylaxis ( severe allergic reaction) back in June 2023. She mentioned blood work but nothing was ordered. I was referred to a gastrologist because Esther Chin and Dr. Hwang throught that I should be see for dysphagia. Esther Chin and Dr. Hwang do not take patients health seriously. Very disappointing visit. This is my health we talking about.
