Can always squeeze me in and listens to what I have to say!
She was nice and I liked her however she gave me the worst medical advice possible. She told me to still take the medicine I was having an adverse reaction to. Things only got worse. I ended up in emergency room.
Erin was absolutely amazing! I felt heard and felt she truly cared about me and her job! I was able to open up and didn’t feel rushed. She has an amazing heart!
She was kind and shared that she’d been in oncology when I visibly have lymphedema. She asked questions about my cancer treatment to better serve my current and future needs. She looked at current issues and also some other factors that perhaps should be addressed to keep me well and healthy. I was very pleased with Erin’s care. She offered prayer for me as well. I so appreciated that. It makes me want to ask for her specifically as I know what kind of heart and mind she possesses and shares with a cancer survivor and total stranger who needs good care.
She and all the staff in Appleton City really care and pay attention.
