Erin Soma, ARNP, DNP, FNP-C

Erin Soma, FNP-C, began providing primary care to patients at Myrtue's Earling Rural Health Clinic in May 2025. She also provides care on the weekends during Myrtue's Quick Care Clinic hours. Erin is excited to provide care to patients in the Earling and surrounding communities!

"I am thrilled to work alongside Myrtue's amazing medical staff as a provider in the Earling Clinic and the Harlan Quick Care Clinic. I am committed to providing accessible, high-quality healthcare across the lifespan and am excited to be returning home," said Soma.

Erin is board-certified and has a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) (ARNP) degree from Clarkson College. She comes to our community with over 14 years of experience in healthcare, starting her journey as a clinical manager at Myrtue Community Health. Her experience includes a wide range of specialties; family practice and primary care, inpatient hospital care, case management and utilization review, trauma and wound care, and the diagnosis and management of healthcare services for individuals of all ages.
