I brought in a document from my dentist that needed to be signed by your office. Ms Robert’s said “ we don’t sign this forms for my type of surgery”. I explained that my Dentist has no idea about the details of my surgery but needed the form signed to see me. I see this rationale as completely reasonable as a Dentist would not have the depth of knowledge of heart surgery as a specialist in Cardiology. She filled it out eventually but let me know that this was very unusual. Besides that confusion, my visit was very satisfactory.
