Wonderful, first time we met, I believe. Out of her control, tomorrow will be two weeks since my heart biopsy, no results, totally unacceptable! I am aware of the transition however, I was put on hold from my desired activity for exercise and decided to resume this afternoon. Process control, feedback mechanisms need to improve. I remain greatfull for past, present and future care however, an opportunity to embrace paying greater attention to detail in my opinion! Don Kozak

She is very knowledgeable and right on top of things being very proactive after I told her i was having chemo. She took the time to talk with me on the phone and help me out. She cleared me for lung cancer surgery back in August. I feel completely confident in her abilities to keep me well.
