Super knowledgeable and patient. Erin was not annoyed with me by my viral online research and lots of questions that typical or older docs often get frustrated with. Erin has a helpful attitude in the Information Age and earned my trust to go forward with what she recommended. Obviously docs and NPs know way more than patients—it’s just that many get irate that patients know anything at all. Not at all the case with Erin.
