She was able to answer all my questions. Very pleasant to talk with.

I hate to make such an average rating, as Ms. Norris was personable. I expect things will be a bit more sorted as folks settle in. Meanwhile, I had to walk away before I realized there were questions left unanswered, and others unasked. I'd have preferred a diagnosis more specific than shifting to a fancier term for "itchy", when my complaint is itchiness.
