This is by far the worst provider that I have ever encountered. I worry about my health, with her as my provider. She seems inadequate, nervous, doesn't ask questions, has no answers or follow through. I have to ask what the next step is and on top of that, she rushed the appointment. She then tells me that she wants to see me in a couple of weeks. Went up front, no appointments for 6 weeks. Doesn't refill important medications. Today, I get a call from her office, the automated system states that they have not seen me in a year. Really? You have not been my provider for a year. Ma'am and I just saw you yesterday, for a visit that was incomplete. I guess you need to keep billing my insurance and getting co-pays, so you are going to keep scheduling me. No thank you! I had been witj Kaiser for 6 years. My company changed insurance and I got stuck witj this. I was writing my insurance about this experience, when this cane across. Please do something before she kills someone!

She always listens to me and looks out for me. She is also always very kind

She was running late, wasn’t prepared & she misdiagnosed my problem as viral & didn’t even bother looking at my nose, throat or ears. I immediately went to an urgent care clinic afterwards where I was diagnosed correctly with a sinus infection that was also going into my ears, & given antibiotics that has precipitated my healing.

First visit. Erin was well prepared. She was very friendly and attentive. Looking forward to our next appointment.
