She was super. I came in with bad knee pain, bone on bone joint. I was to have surgery the next day. She called my surgeon to see if she could give me an injection in my knee. My surgeon said she could use a small amount to help my pain. I really appreciated her effort. She gave me the injection and I could go for my surgery with the knee pain gone.

Nurse Hughes was angry, threatening and punishing. She did not call in the prescription when promised when she knew I had one dose left, only sent the scipt in when I made an online request and sent it late afternoon on a busy Friday night. Sent the script to a pharmacy 20 min from me even after writing down the pharmacy that I requested and ignored the pharmacy info in the online request, refused to work with me on alternatives for Tramadol so I could use less Oxy, and threatened me this would be the last script for Oxy even though I am one week postop from right TKR. I took my last dose of Oxy at 11am after seeing her at 9:40 with her knowledge and didn't get the refill in my possession until 8:30pm. Had to use some Tylenol arthritis formula at 650mg I had on hand and was in tears the pain was so intense by the time I got the refill. I don't understand why asking about Tramadol caused such a reaction in Ms Hughes. Scary stuff.
