Spent less than 2 minutes. Apparently had not read the file as she eluded to this being the first time my mother had had this procedure. This could and should have been a phone call, not an in person appointment.

She was nice but a consult for a screening colonoscopy is a waste of my time and seems like a money grab. The total time with the NP was less than 5 minutes and the time before and after with the MA was less than 5 minutes. These should be phone calls.
