Erica was excellent. My health situation has gotten a lot more complicated over the past three months. She spend the time to understand all factors and provided great guidance. This was the first time in this practice she has seen me.
This was the best first visit I have experienced

Perhaps she was having a bad day unrelated to my appointment but I found Erica to be unpleasant. Not one smile, not a good listener and lacking people skills. I felt the appointment was sort of a waste of time. It may be important to note that this is the very FIRST time I have ever given a negative review of a medical provider. I am hoping that my cardiac surgeon’s office will be more productive as no information was offered at this visit with Dr Fredd’s office. I am 100 percent pleased with his care and in fact have referred friends to Dr Fredd.
