Erica Robles, FNP conducted an absolute informative visit. My concerns were addressed and the manner in which the plan of action is presented is quite relieving. Mrs Robles was very caring, didn’t laugh when telling her personal details and worries, and overall just created such a welcoming environment in that exam room.
