Answered all our questions and was easy to communicate with.
I originally visited NP Robles to attempt to get insurance help to obtain Prolia, which had proven effective in helping my osteoporosis but got too expensive for out/of/pocket private pay. I made 2 attempts thru my ASAS portal & one attempt thru a typed, hand delivered letter to her to get follow/up status. I did not hear from her & finally made an appointment only to hear during that office visit that I had been denied by my insurance company. The responsibility was then placed on me to call my insurance company & work out my osteoporosis treatment with them. I would have appreciated better communication with NP Robles. She was aware of my concern for osteoporosis treatment.

As always, Dr. Robles was very thorough , took her time and answered all my questions, I was in a bad accident 3 years ago and now a paraplegic and have been in and out of hospitals and nursing homes and of all the medical personnel I’ve seen ( at least 100 ) she has been the most helpful and most knowledgeable of all !! I look forward to my quarterly visits .
