She is awesome!!
I sat in the patient room for 1 hour & 20 minutes with exam gown on waiting to see Erica Kim, NP. I finally got dressed & left doctor office without seeing anyone...my choice. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

She was in such a hurry. I wanted a full body check & she hardly looked at my legs. I brought spots on my face to her attention & she was completely dismissive. She did freeze 4 spots, 3 on my face. She was so light with the freezing that it didn’t even leave a mark. It didn’t freeze. It was as if she didn’t know what she was doing. I will not go to her again. It took a long time to get this very important appointment & it seemed like a big waste. I am just praying I don’t have skin cancer that she neglected to notice.
NP Kim rushed through my appointment. I was in and out the door in less than 15 minutes. I got the feeling that I might have been her last appointment and she needed to go home. She wanted to prescribe something I already had a prescription for. She did not care to throughly listen to my concerns.
