Erica was extremely knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions regarding a newly implanted pace maker. I have always shied away from PA's and RN's especially after serious changes in my health status; however, I would not hesitate to accept appointments with Erica.

She could not schedule the test for me. Someone else had to call me. I thought she was going to schedule the test. Therefore I had to take another phone call.
