Eric did a very good job. He is very knowledgeable about the procedure and answered all of my questions.

Very informative, pays attention concerns and details. Instrumental in suggesting doing an upper scan due to Bobs diagnosis of being anemic. Direct and to the point.
Friendly he listen to me and makes professional decisions to help with the problems at hand. He always discusses the suggested treatment to make sure I feel comfortable with the treatment.
