Very informative, pays attention concerns and details. Instrumental in suggesting doing an upper scan due to Bobs diagnosis of being anemic. Direct and to the point.
Friendly he listen to me and makes professional decisions to help with the problems at hand. He always discusses the suggested treatment to make sure I feel comfortable with the treatment.

My appointment with Eric Gillies went well. The only issue I had was that he spoke low, and was hard to hear.
I arrived early for paperwork. Was put in a patient room ten minutes after my appointment time and waited another 30 minutes before Eric saw me. An hour for a 3 minute appointment is a bit much. If there’s a need for a meeting, that’s fine. That’s why we have schedules, reschedule the patient or the meeting.
He was very nice and polite. Explained to me everything I could expect for pre op and post op.
