Super unfortunate because I really liked her in the office until I found out that an epidural injection is NOT required by my insurance for my surgery, like she had told me. I feel like OrthoAZ and Pinnacle Pain, since they're co-businesses, are working with each other to push epidural injections, when they're not needed, to make more money. I will not be going back to either of these places.

What a pleasant addition to my care staff. From her initial smile upon entering and introducing herself to the information she gave me with the possibility of giving me relief for the arthritis in my lower spine. She gave me information to read about the possibility of this procedure. We also discussed my pain level after the shot I was given on Jan. 25th and told me I could start with the P.T. recommended.
