Very thorough, and when about it professionally but reachable.

The visit was for a simple testosterone injection, something which only takes five minutes. I waited 45 minutes and then had to leave because I had another doctor appointment. I never received the injection.

She filled in admirably as our appointment with Dr Frost was cancelled and nobody reached out to the nursing home to tell us. The patient is bed ridden and to have him hoisted out of bed, put in a van needlessly is a SIN. A total mess.
