Ellery Murray is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP-C) through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Ellery brings 9 years of nursing experience, including orthopedic pre-operative and PACU care, orthopedic and spine pain management, and weight loss management. Her background has fostered a strong understanding of the relationship between obesity, musculoskeletal disease, and overall health.
Originally from Massachusetts, Ellery earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Keene State College (NH) in 2017 and her Master of Science in Nursing in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care from Herzing University (WI) in 2023. She joined University Orthopedics in 2026 and sees patients at the Kettle Point, Dudley, and East Greenwich locations.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling to new countries, playing co-ed volleyball, and adores her two cats.

Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Set up a game plan for nutrition prior to surgery, which was great and something that would fit into my schedule.
She's a very nice NP & explained what I needed to eat to get healthy and also toso gain weight before my surgery.
