She’s a great listener and answered all our concerns thoroughly.
Ellen was so patient and kind as we waited a long while for a urine sample from my daughter. Our experience would have been very different with someone else not as patient.

Ellen is amazing. She is very knowledgeable, curteous, and professional. My son has been seeing her since he was born, and he is 14 years old now. She deserves more than 5 stars!!!
