Very knowledgeable about treatment for my ailment
My daughter was not heard or listened to, I could assume because of her age. My daughter was the patient. She went to her HS clinic for Covid symptoms and was told the clinic didn’t have rapid tests so they suggested she go to a ready care/urgent care for a rapid test. Elizabeth Olszewski didn’t listen to the fact that her symptoms were that of Covid that we just had in July (it’s now September) and said she had been seeing people all day with the same symptoms and rattled symptoms off that my daughter didn’t say she had and stated she would not agree a strep or Covid test was medically necessary and if my daughter wanted her parents to be charged out of pocket she would do it but her suggestion is salt water gargle, Tylenol & Ibuprofen alternating and rest for the virus to run its course. Not very pleased with this appt that my insurance is paying for that her school clinic did for no charge.
