This was a difficult experience. As soon as I started speaking I was interrupted and spoken to in a condescending way. Any issue I was going through I was made to feel like itvwas my fault. When I mentioned I may be struggling with a mental health issue I was told "well everyone has that now days". I was told that I may have a certain health issue and there was little guidance on how to deal with it and it was told to me in an abrupt way. I left the office crying. There was little to no bedside manner

Dr E is definitely the most engaging practitioner I’ve ever met. She is caring, intelligent & doesn’t dismiss your questions with simple answers. She steps in when the office is busy (and it’s busy quite often) even when she’s not my scheduled practitioner. Love watching her lives on Facebook, listen to her interviews about many health ailments, and laugh when she shared her funny moments on social media. Unlike many partitioners I met, she is the epitome of “practice what you preach.”

I’m a new patient to E and was assessed on January 5th. E has an exceptional bedside manner. I felt reassured and left her office confident after my appointment. I have shied away from finding a PMD for over a decade due to having previous issues of not being able to be seen same day when sick with other PMDs, usually needing ABT for frequent sinus infections/bronchitis in the past. Hearing that E takes same day appointments when sick, doing lab work at her office and being affiliated with both hospital networks on Staten Island has finalized my decision to continue my care with E. Her staff was also caring and friendly.
