Not a fan of the change to concierge service but well pleased to be connected with a practitioner that I feel comfortable with.

I wish she would sit at real desk instead of 1/2 desk balancing laptop. "I" feel uncomfortable watching her "balancing"
My first visit with the RN and not being familiar with my current status and
labs.

Very nice and asked all good questions. The mask she wore made it difficult to understand what she was saying due to accent, but we got through it. I look forward to seeing her again in January
